REALTY WORLD - Knox Realty Group is licensed to perform real estate brokerage in Kentucky under Brokerage License 185531.  Our office is located at 1812 N. Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160.

Consultations to discuss our various service levels and determine which one meets your needs are entirely free.  Depending on your chosen services, fees charged by REALTY WORLD—Knox Realty Group may be collected before performing work or at closing.

The prices listed on this website are for our discount brokerage services. In addition to flat-fee discount brokerage, REALTY WORLD—Knox Realty Group offers full-service listings for its clients. If you opt for a full-service listing, a different pricing schedule will be negotiated.

If you retain the services of REALTY WORLD—Knox Realty Group, you may be represented in various agency relationships, including, but not limited to, single agency, dual agency, and transactional brokerage.  Appropriate state disclosure forms will be completed to inform you which form of agency is employed.  For more information on the types of agency, please review The Kentucky Real Estate Commission's A Guide To Agency Relationships.

The advertised flat fees are for services rendered by REALTY WORLD—Knox Realty Group. Sellers may opt to provide a Buyer's Agent Commission, which would be an additional fee paid by the seller during the real estate transaction. Should REALTY WORLD—Knox Realty Group provide a willing and qualified buyer for your home, they will be entitled to the offered Buyer's Agent Commission.

We may collect various pieces of information from those who are parties of a real estate transaction.  We do not share this information outside of our brokerage except with entities such as title attorneys, appraisers, lenders, etc., who rely upon this information to complete the real estate transaction.  We will not sell your information to anyone

If your home is currently listed with another broker, this is not intended to solicit that listing.

Real estate fees and commissions are not set by law.
